DUA WHEN ENTERING THE MARKET PLACEThe Noble Prophet Sallal Laahu Ta’ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam said that if a person recites this dua when entering a market place, Almighty Al’laah will command one million good deeds to be recorded in his book of deeds, and He will forgive one million of his sins and he will exalt his status by one million folds.

“There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah. He is alone without any partner. To him belongs all Sovereignty and for Him is all Praises. He gives life and causes death and He is All Existing (Living) and does not die. In His Hand is all good and He has Divine Power over all things.”
(1) It must be noted that here the term “His Hand” does not mean that Al’laah has a hand, but it refers to Al’laahs Power and Divine Control. We must remember that Al’laah does not have any human or body parts etc. He is free from all that which is creation. He does not need eyes to see or ears to hear etc. He is Al’laah and does as He wills.

(2) When it is said that Al’laah has power over all things, it does not mean that Al’laah has the power to do bad things, like tell a lie etc. To believe this is totally incorrect. It is a weakness in qualities such a lies etc. that they cannot be attributed to Al’laah.
